A random ringtone came on my new mobile phone.
The call was inaudible.

The number has called various towns and cities in the UK, and some people say it is a foreign fraudster, but whoever it is, this guy says that your computer and router are not working. If you see it is this number, don't pick up the phone.
If you look at other websites this number has been searched many times and those that have answered say it is a broadband fraudsters who tells people their pc is faulty and their router is not working properly. DO NOT pick up the telephone if you see it is this number.
The telephone call I receive from this number or other slight variations of this number is annoying. I have no idea who this number is and cannot find any information about it other than its apparently an O2 mobile numbers located around Manchester somewhere. I would suggest it is some scammy, opportunistic wrong number.
